Sorry for the exclamation mark in the title – I’m hell as exited right now.
It’s true that some time ago some sort of TV compilation from Animelo 2008 was available, but it was hardly the real thing (i’m watching it now, still rises my endorphin levels skyhigh).
And now, finally, we have the DVDs and BluRays of the event both. Links for CDJapan follows:
DVDs
Animelo Summer Live 2008 -Challenge- 8.30 / Animation
Animelo Summer Live 2008 -Challenge- 8.31 / Animation
Blu-Rays
Animelo Summer Live 2008 -Challenge- 8.30 [Blu-ray] / Animation
Animelo Summer Live 2008 -Challenge- 8.31 [Blu-ray] / Animation
Everything to be released on March, 25th.
Well… I was originally planning to get my hands on those DVDs, but exchange rates rose nearly twice, which madу things rather complicated. I guess during this time the only things I’ll order from overseas are the most essential ones, like Limited Editions and other stuff that I can miss AND that I would hate to miss.
So, I’d love to order blu-rays, but not now I guess. *sigh*. Well, I’d probably will dl both DVDs and Blu-Ray-rips from the net, but that’s kinda different.
As I’m watching compilation mentioned earlier – it’s awesome, the whole thing. There’s so many performers I know, an yet there’s so many ones I do not. My heartbeat sets off as I see Halko or Horie Yui or Ishikawa Chiaki. Or Hirano Aya or Kuribayashi Minami or Masami Okui. Or ave;new, though this one was a surprise. Or Chihara Minori. Or… erm… the main idea is clear, I guess.
It feels nice. Sometimes I start to sing along with the singer, before even realising what song it is – lips just automatically reciting the lines they know and remember so clear.
I wish I could be there, but that isn’t possible, for a couple or more reasons. That is quite painful, when you start to think about it, so I usually refrain from such thoughts. Ah, well.
Anyway, I already can’t wait!
That was impossible to write the last line without exclamation mark once again, and it was hard enough not to set three in a row.
